1. Service Description

NeatFlow provides Shopify applications (NeatDraft, NeatSheet) designed to help merchants manage their store data, automate cleanup, and synchronize information.

2. Usage & Responsibilities

By using our apps, you agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
  • Review critical actions (like archiving products or syncing prices) before executing them. You are responsible for the data changes made by our tools on your behalf.
  • Maintain the security of your Shopify and Google accounts.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Our apps may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed directly through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Shopify App Store.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeatFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

While we strive for accuracy, we recommend always creating backups of your critical data before performing bulk operations.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
