NeatFlow ("we", "our", or "us") provides Shopify applications including NeatDraft and NeatSheet. We are committed to protecting your privacy and your store's data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Information We Collect

When you install or use our apps, we may collect the following types of information:

Store Information: Shop domain, email address, and basic shop settings.
Product Data: Product titles, variants, inventory levels, and status (to perform scanning or syncing operations).
Usage Data: Features used, scan history, and error logs for troubleshooting.

Specific to NeatSheet

If you use NeatSheet, we also collect Google Account Data (email and access tokens) to authenticate with Google APIs. Google access tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to access the specific spreadsheets created or managed by the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to provide the service:

To scan and identify products (NeatDraft).
To export/import data between Shopify and Google Sheets (NeatSheet).
To send operational reports via email (if enabled).
To improve our application performance and fix bugs.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted third-party infrastructure providers necessary to run the service:

Shopify: To access your store data via the Admin API.
Google APIs: To manage spreadsheets (NeatSheets only).
Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve the app.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as you have the app installed. When you uninstall our apps, we delete your store data from our servers within 30 days, in compliance with Shopify's data protection requirements.

6. Google API Limited Use Policy

NeatSheet's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
